DECOMMISIONING
Peter Unwin and his staff have been involved in the internal decommissioning for almost 10 years under the one name. They are renowned for being leaders in the industry and hold safety and environmental management of utmost importance. They are a preferred demolition contractor for many builders and construction companies.
In this time period we have experienced with many difficult jobs, including high-rise building demolition in built up CBD areas, demolition of industrial sheds, internal residential property demolition and office / internal decommissioning.
Platinum Demolition has an extensive inventory of demolition equipment which is regularly serviced and tag tested. Daily inspections and site discussion with our clients are conducted before any work is performed and discussions conducted which follow the progress of the demolition and identify new daily hazards.
Staff are inducted at the start of every major job and run through the specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
